Lviv, Ukraine has been recently struck by Russian missiles, creating widespread damage in the city. Project Divchata is working alongside The Trava Foundation to provide vital aid to the children and staff of the orphanage “Children’s building # 2”.
It costs $3,500 USD to fix the roofing, piping, stairs, outdoor maintenance and to restore/accurately equip an orphanage’s bomb shelters for children. The orphanage we are working on renovating is located at on Tadzhytska St, in Lviv Ukraine. The building has not been renovated since being built 40 years ago. The roof has leaks, the drain pipes have fallen off the building, the emergency escapes are falling apart and rusted. Providing the children with adequate medicine to combat common illnesses for an entire year costs $2,000 USD.
